By accessing or using Caturra (the "Platform"), which includes the domains caturra.app and caturra.social, operated by Caturra ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("you" or "user") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the Platform.

Caturra is committed to providing a safe and positive environment for all users. To achieve this, we have strict guidelines on the type of content allowed on our Platform, in compliance with applicable laws.

You agree not to post, share, or promote any User Content that:

• Is Illegal: Any content that is illegal in the United Kingdom or any other applicable jurisdiction. This includes, but is not limited to, content related to child sexual abuse, terrorism, fraud, or inciting violence.
• Is Pornographic Material: Caturra strictly prohibits the sharing, display, or promotion of any pornographic material, whether user-generated or otherwise. This includes explicit sexual content, sexually suggestive material, and any content whose primary purpose is to sexually arouse.
• Promotes Self-Harm, Suicide, or Eating Disorders: Content that encourages, promotes, or provides instructions for self-harm, suicide, or severe eating disorders is strictly forbidden.
• Depicts or Promotes Extreme Violence/Gore: Content that depicts gratuitous or extreme violence, gore, or material that is likely to cause serious distress.
• Is Abusive or Hateful: Content that harasses, threatens, or incites hatred against individuals or groups based on characteristics such as race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
• Promotes Bullying or Harassment: Content designed to bully, intimidate, or harass other users.
• Infringes Intellectual Property: Content that violates copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of others.
• Contains Spam or Malware: Unsolicited commercial content, "spam," or any content that contains viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
• Impersonates Others: Content that falsely Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Reveals Private Information: Content that discloses personal or confidential information about others without their consent (doxing).
• Is Misleading or Deceptive: Content that is intentionally false, misleading, or deceptive, especially if it could cause harm.
• Encourages Dangerous Stunts or Challenges: Content that promotes or glorifies dangerous activities that could lead to serious injury or harm.

We reserve the right to detect, remove, or restrict access to any content that violates these guidelines, and to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly or egregiously violate this policy, in accordance with our legal obligations.

5. Prohibited Conduct:

You agree not to:

• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its servers.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or other users' accounts.
• Collect or harvest personal information of other users without their consent.
